Thank you for your continued support of the PDWC 2026 event. We appreciate all the applications from schools around Japan and around the world.

As displayed on the updated PDWC page which went live on August 26th, we would like to announce an important change to the 2026 program. Due to internal budget considerations, the number of participating schools has been adjusted to 10 in total — 5 schools from Japan and 5 schools from overseas.

While we deeply regret that we cannot welcome more schools this time, we hope for your kind understanding. This decision was made with the future in mind, so that PDWC can continue sustainably and provide meaningful experiences for participants in the years to come.

Other than this adjustment, nothing else about the program content has changed. Allow us to share again the schedule below, which is the same as what was displayed in the previous pamphlet.

The results of the applications and the list of participating schools will be announced on Friday, September 12.
